ViFormula of Wellness - Benefits & Wellness Intranet Webpage at CSL

A dynamic intranet-based wellness initiative at CSL (formerly Vifor) designed to enhance employee engagement through tailored health and wellness programs. Over three months, I led the planning and execution of Wellness Week, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver diverse activities, boost participation, and reinforce the company’s commitment to employee well-being.

1. Background & Context

Every year, the company dedicates a week to promoting employee well-being through a series of engaging health and wellness activities. Recognizing the importance of addressing real employee needs, the organization relies on data-driven insights to shape its initiatives. I was tasked with planning and executing the annual Wellness Week, ensuring that the event was relevant, engaging, and beneficial to all staff members.

2. Objectives

The primary objectives of the Wellness Week project were to:

  • Assess employee wellness needs and tailor programs accordingly
  • Offer a diverse range of activities to enhance physical and mental well-being
  • Boost employee engagement and foster a supportive work culture
  • Create a memorable and cohesive wellness event through effective branding and communication.

4. Approach & Methodology

My comprehensive approach included the following steps:

  • Needs Assessment:
      Developed and conducted a survey to identify employee wellness needs, followed by a detailed analysis of the results.
  • Program Development:
      Based on survey findings, planned a varied program that featured an Ergonomics Webinar, Online Yoga Training, an Exercise Challenge, a Pet Therapy Contest, and additional activities.
  • Promotion and Communication:
      Managed a targeted promotion campaign by designing a dedicated section on the company intranet on a turnkey basis and executing email communications to ensure wide reach.
  • Creative Branding:
      Created the event slogan, "Viformula of Wellness," which became the unifying theme for the entire event.

The project delivered significant benefits:
