My journey in HR started with a big decision. Feeling stuck in my office administration career and knew I needed a change.
I considered both Marketing and Human Resources, but I chose HR because I am committed to fostering a great work environment for people and want to make their work lives better.
However, my passion for Marketing and Design never faded, so I always find ways to bring creativity into my HR work - whether it’s through employer branding, internal communication, or engagement initiatives.
Seven years later, I took another leap - I moved to the U.S., starting my HR career from scratch.
It was a challenge, but I stayed determined and open to new opportunities. With high emotional intelligence and a genuine care for people, I have built a career focused on supporting employees,
creating meaningful workplace experiences, and driving positive change.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of two wonderful kids, a loving wife, and a devoted Rottweiler owner. I also have a passion for traveling and have explored over 15 countries, gaining new perspectives along the way.
For me, HR is not just a job - it’s a way to make a difference. Every challenge has shaped me, and I embrace new opportunities with an open heart and mind.
